Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you submit the waitlist form, we save:

• Your name
• Your email
• Your WhatsApp number (optional)
• The language of the page you signed up on (Spanish or English)
• The date and time you signed up

We do not collect passwords, credit card numbers, account numbers, or any financial information. WhatsApp is fully optional.

Where it's stored

Your information is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database, encrypted on Cloudflare servers in the United States. We do not share your data with third parties and we do not sell it.

How we use your information

Two things only:

• To let you know when FamiliaLista is ready, so you can get in before the general public.
• To send you at most one email a month with important project updates in the meantime.

We're not going to fill your inbox with spam. You can leave the list anytime.

Your rights

You're in charge of your information. You can:

• Request a copy of the information we have about you.
• Correct anything that's wrong.
• Delete everything we have — we remove it within 7 days.
• Leave the list without explanation.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which respects privacy and does not require cookies or track individual users. We do not currently use Meta, Google, or any other third-party tracking on this page (if we add it, we'll update this policy).

Changes to this policy

If we change anything substantive, we'll let you know by email before it takes effect. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
