1. What this is

FamiliaLista is pre-launch. The product is still being built. This page is a waitlist — you sign up so we can let you know when it's ready.

Signing up is not a purchase. There's no charge. There's no obligation to buy anything when we launch.

2. Acceptance

By submitting the waitlist form, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with something here, just don't sign up.

3. The information you give us

We ask that the information you give us is real (your name, your email, your WhatsApp if you choose to give it). We don't use that information for anything other than communicating with you about FamiliaLista.

We reserve the right to remove signups that appear to be spam, fake data, or automated tests.

4. No guarantees during build

FamiliaLista is not yet a publicly available product. We can't guarantee specific launch dates, final features, final pricing, or availability in your region.

When we launch the paid product, you'll get separate terms specific to using it as a paying customer. Those terms are accepted separately.

5. Intellectual property

The name "FamiliaLista", the logo, the content of this page, and the design are property of FamiliaLista. You can't use them for your own business without written permission.

6. Changes to the service

We can change, pause, or cancel this waitlist at any time. If we cancel, we'll delete your information if you ask us to.

7. Limitation of liability

FamiliaLista is provided "as is". We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this page, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any dispute will be resolved in Texas courts.
