From yes to launch: one week
- 1Day 1 — the yes. We confirm seats and tier, then send the invoice (or process your purchase order).
- 248 hours — the kit. You receive your organization’s private link (one link, capped at your seats) + the launch kit: an internal email template (EN/ES) and a print-ready QR poster.
- 3Week 1 — the launch. You distribute; every activation shows your brand. We support each person directly, in their language.
- 4Every quarter — the report. Activations and active check-ins, so you see the benefit living. Annual renewal only with your approval.
The procurement, security & HR questions
Do you need our employee data?
No. Zero. We hand you ONE private sign-up link, seat-capped to the seats you bought. You send it by internal email; each person decides whether to use it and with which email. You never send us payroll files, rosters, or personal information — which makes security and procurement review dramatically simpler.
What does our organization see — and not see?
You see a quarterly report: codes activated and active check-ins. Never the content of any manual — that belongs to each family, is encrypted, and is only ever delivered to the people each person chooses.
How does billing work?
One annual invoice for the total seats (via Stripe): pay by ACH/wire, card, or check. We accept purchase orders and net-30 terms. W-9 available immediately. Nothing auto-renews: annual renewal requires your approval.
What happens to codes nobody activates?
They credit toward your renewal. If you bought 500 seats and 420 were claimed, those 80 aren’t lost — they’re deducted from next year. The link closes itself at the cap, and we can pause or extend it whenever you like.
What happens when an employee leaves the company?
Their account is theirs — their manual and their family don’t depend on their job. When their year ends, they can renew personally at retail, and the seat frees up for their replacement at renewal.
What languages does it work in?
Mexican Spanish and English, as equals — the app, the check-ins, the emails, and support. Each person picks their language.
Is this insurance or a legal product?
No. FamiliaLista is not insurance, not a will, and gives no legal advice — it’s the practical manual that goes alongside those documents. It requires no licensing and creates no regulatory obligations for your organization.
Can we put our brand on it?
Yes — your name appears at activation ("Courtesy of your organization") and in each person’s monthly emails, all year. For Corporate and Enterprise contracts we also customize the printed QR cards.
How fast does it launch?
Within 48 hours of payment you have your private link and the launch kit (internal email template in both languages + QR poster). One internal email and you’re launched — most organizations launch the same week.
Do you offer a pilot?
Yes: 50 seats, Team pricing, no renewal commitment. Ideal for one department. If it works (you’ll see it in the activations), we scale to everyone at your volume tier.
Who provides support?
We do, directly — real people, in English or Spanish, by email and WhatsApp. Your employees never need to go through HR to get help.
Do you work with governments and tribal entities?
Yes. We invoice as a vendor with a W-9, accept purchase orders and procurement processes, and prepare whatever documentation your purchasing office needs.
